Plan-It is unique in this industry – a family owned and family operated meeting management and incentive travel company.  With over 30 years of experience each, Anne Findley and Peggy Findley possess a broad portfolio of diverse and complex achievements in incentive travel, meeting management and event management.

Plan-It consists of an experienced team of industry professionals, all committed to producing exemplary programs for our clients.  We take the time to understand and integrate our clients’ guiding principles and core values. We are strongly dedicated to the highest level of integrity and ethics in all of our business practices.  As a small company with minimal overhead expenses, we are able to pass along the savings to you.

Anne Findley came up through the ranks in the incentive travel industry.  She began her career after college in meeting management, eventually rising to the level of senior executive.  In 2006, she decided to fulfill her dream of owning her own business and quickly established a loyal client following.  Her primary focus has always been to plan and implement outstanding meetings and incentive trips for corporate accounts.

Peggy Findley came up through the ranks coordinating joint convention and trade shows for non-profit associations as well as incentive travel management.  She started her own company in 1999 to fulfill her dream of owning her own business. She maintained her two primary contracts with National Corn Growers/American Soybean Association and Agricultural Retailers Association for over 20 years.

Now working together, Anne and Peggy comprise a powerhouse event planning team.
